Dheart Redesign
D-Heart is a portable electrocardiogram (ECG) device designed to provide users with fast and accurate heart health monitoring. As part of a collaborative project with a healthcare studio, we were responsible for a comprehensive user experience upgrade of the system, both hardware and app, encompassing user research, requirements analysis, interaction design, and visual optimization.

EXPERT REVIEW
Using Nielsen heuristics to evaluate the app's UI to identify potential user interface issues and opportunities for improvement.
Simulating users completing core tasks step-by-step to identify usability issues caused by illogical interactions or confusing wording.
USER TESTING
A standard 10-item questionnaire used to quickly and reliably measure the system usability score of the application on a 100-point scale.
A method for evaluating user experience across 6 dimensions: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty.
